We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us with the exception of personalised items and food. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery with the order number and we’ll process this for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days.
We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and are opened.
Please note that personalised items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned.
Please note any lingerie, Earrings and other items classed as personal are not eligilble for return unless there is a manufacturing default.
If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at email@example.com with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or product replaced.

At Because I'm the Bride we try to recycle packaging so your order may arrive in branded boxes different to the brand(s) you may have ordered. Be assured that our team do everything they can to pack up your order so it arrives safely and undamaged.
