Standard UK Delivery:

£3.95 & orders over £15 are delivered FREE of charge within the UK.

Please allow up to 4 days for us to pick & pack your order.

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with your tracking number. If your order does not arrive within the expected arrival time of 3-5 working days following dispatch please contact us at customerservices@becauseimthebride.co.uk and we will look into this for you.

£14.99 & orders over £100 are delivered FREE of charge within Europe.

Standard International Delivery (countries outside of EU):

£25 & orders over £150 are delivered FREE of charge

Returns Information

We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if for any reason you’re unhappy with your purchase then you can return them to us with the exception of personalised items. To be eligible for a refund, simply return unwanted items within 30 days from the date of delivery with the order number and we’ll process this for you. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process the refund within 5 working days.

We will not accept any returns that are not complete in the original packaging and are opened.

Please note that personalised items are excluded from our refund policy and cannot be returned.

If you are returning products that are either faulty or damaged, we ask that you send us an email at customerservices@becauseimthebride.co.uk with your order number & a photo as proof of damage. We will then confirm how to arrange for a refund to be processed or product replaced.

At Because I'm the Bride we try to recycle packaging so your order may arrive in branded boxes different to the brand(s) you may have ordered. Be assured that our team do everything they can to pack up your order so it arrives safely and undamaged.
